The West Segment includes its power generation operations in the western United States. The Wind segment involved Atlantic Powers wind power generation operations. The Un-allocated Corporate segment includes activities that support the Companys executive and administrative offices, capital structure, costs of being a public registrant, costs to develop projects and intercompany eliminations. Atlantic Powers power generation projects have an aggregate gross electric generation capacity of approximately 2,945 megawatts.
