In 2011, the Company made the following acquisitions: Golar LNG Energy Limited (July), a floating storage and regasification unit Golar Freeze (October). On January 23, 2012, the Company acquired a Moss type carrier, namely LNG Carrier Gandria. On July 19, 2012, it sold its interest in the companies owning and operating the Nusantara Tegas Satu FSRU.
